SPOILER ALERT: This is NOT your average "fitness" challenge. 


Let's be real: the last thing any of us needs right now is pressure to "get fit". What a lot of us DO need is a safe, non-competitive environment, to move our bodies freely.⁠

For the month of May, we are hosting a wellness challenge that is NOT focused on slimming down, bulking up, or eating "clean". Instead, we are focusing on moving our bodies in ways that feel nourishing, finding support through sisterhood, and celebrating our achievements whether they be big or small. 🎊⁠

Each week we'll be releasing a new activity via email. Each activity completed comes with an aligned crystal bead to always remind you of your achievements, strengths, and perseverance. Make sure you check the blog weekly to "check off" your achievements.

💕At the end of the month, we'll mail you your beads.

On June 17th, we will virtually meet to string our beads into bracelets and celebrate with a ceremony.

Rose quartz: It promotes bonding and can strengthen relationships.
